Chapter Growth
The addition of eight new members in January 2006 has enhanced the chapter in the most positive ways, affording the opportunity to truly live the motto "Our Children, Our Commitment, Our Concern".
On January 29, 2006, Houston Metropolitan Chapter installed eight dynamic women in a beautiful ceremony officiated by Chapter President, Regina Deadrick. The ceremony was held at the University of Houston's Conrad Hilton Hotel. In attendance, National President E. Tonya Greenwood, North Jersey Chapter, and Dallas chapter members, Doncella Milton, National Public Relations Officer, Rita White, National Historian, Dallas Chapter President Gloria Lett, Louise W. Davis, Marsha Gadsden and Daisy McLaurin.
The ceremony was followed by delightful lunch and a presentation from the class of 2006 to the Houston Chapter.
