The Saint Louis Chapter was organized on June 19, 1981 by the late Dr. Fredda Witherspoon Ph.D, educator and community leader and 30 Charter members.
The Saint Louis Chapter is comprised of conscientious, concerned and talented women representing a variety of professions and interest. The members of the Saint Louis Chapter work diligently with all components of the five point programmatic thrust: and is recognized locally, regionally and nationally for programs such as:
- Healthy Street - Arthur M. Jackson MD Healthcare Foundation
- Asthma Awareness - American and Allergy Foundation

To ensure the chapter delivers the very best programs in the community, Saint Louis has partnered with like organizations:
- East Side Health District - Teen Parent Services Program, Positioning for Success
- New Hope Community Center - Continental Clique
- Pershing Accelerated Elementary School - Literacy Parade
- Show Me Games, State of Missouri - Obesity Prevention
